We are looking for a Dutch or German speaking Investor Relations Manager to join our growing European team. This is a highly relationship-driven role, focused on engaging directly with institutional and private wealth allocators across Europe. A core part of this position involves regular in-person meetings with investors—both as part of your outreach and at our events—building trust, understanding their investment priorities, and bringing them into our conference network. You will play a key role in shaping our event content while developing a strong personal network within the investment community.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Investor Engagement & Relationship Building
    • Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors across Europe
    • Conduct regular in-person meetings with investors to understand their strategies, priorities, and current allocations
    • Represent Markets Group at meetings, events, and industry gatherings
    • Secure senior investors as speakers and attendees for our forums
  • Content & Program Development
    • Translate investor insights into high-quality, relevant conference agendas
    • Identify key themes, trends, and challenges across asset classes
    • Curate peer-to-peer discussions that resonate with the institutional investment community
  • Conference Delivery
    • Prepare and manage speakers leading up to events
    • Attend and support the onsite execution of conferences, including investor engagement and speaker coordination
    • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, design) to deliver a seamless experience

Who You Are

  • Fluent in Dutch or German and English (essential)
  • Comfortable in a client-facing, relationship-driven role, including frequent in-person meetings
  • Confident engaging with senior investors and financial professionals
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware with an interest in financial markets
  • Proactive, ambitious, and eager to build a network in the investment industry
