My client, a leader within their industry, is seeking someone to lead the Factory Team. You will manage a 35 strong team to ensure all products are processed and dispatched to customers on time while maintaining quality levels.
Using strong people skills and clear, effective communication, you will ensure focus on daily targets throughout the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining Health & Safety Standards throughout the factory
- Oversee all elements of factory works including: Delivery, Production, Packing, Dispatch
- Liaise with Customer Services daily on commercial priorities to meet customer lead times
- Ensuring high quality output
- Improving efficiency through LEAN practices
- Play an active role in the site management and security
- Staff training
- Strong management and organisation skills
- Clear and effective communicator
- Flexible can-do attitude within a small and dynamic management team
- Computer literate - knowledge of SAP desirable, but not essential
- Forklift Licence desirable
