Now, we're scaling rapidly and looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to help us amplify our brand, strengthen our partner ecosystem, and build an engaged community across the D2C and eCommerce space.
About the Role
As a Growth & Partnerships Manager at MarketLeap, you'll play a key role in driving topâofâfunnel growth, brand awareness, and engagement through strategic partnerships and community initiatives. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing our partner network, maximizing referrals, and developing contentâdriven initiatives like playbooks, gated resources, and events that fuel demand and engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and community building, someone who can turn connections into collaborations and insights into impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partnerships & Referrals: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners to drive mutual growth and referrals.
- Community Building: Lead initiatives such as webinars, events, and online discussions to strengthen engagement across our ecosystem.
- Content & Playbooks: Collaborate with sales to develop and promote gated content, playbooks, and guides to increase reply and conversion rates.
- Brand Awareness: Execute creative campaigns that enhance MarketLeap's presence across Europe and the US.
- Performance Tracking: Measure partnership performance, event engagement, and referral impact on topâofâfunnel metrics.
- Crossâfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align community and partnership strategies with business goals.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute multiâchannel marketing initiatives (social, email, content, PR, and paid) that drive awareness and engagement across key markets.
About You
- 3â5 years of experience in partnerships, community management, or growth marketing (preferably in SaaS, eCommerce tech, or marketplaces).
- Proven track record in building and managing partner relationships or communities.
- Excellent communication and relationshipâbuilding skills, both online and in person.
- Experience with events, webinars, or contentâled community initiatives.
- Dataâdriven mindset with the ability to measure impact and optimise performance.
- A selfâstarter who thrives in a fastâpaced, highâgrowth environment.
- Passionate about the eCommerce, D2C, and marketplace ecosystem.
