Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor who has strong payroll admin experience. You will be working in a busy and exciting industry supporting the director and HR manager with full HR duties including employee compliance, payroll and employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • HR duties: assist with HR projects and liaise with colleagues across the business to offer full support where needed. Maintain HR policies, working within UK employment law. Onboarding, contracts and terminations. Keep employee records up to date accurately.
  • Payroll duties: work closely with a 3rd party company to process monthly payroll. Assist with SSP/SMP/SPP. Admin for auto enrolment of pensions. Payroll reports and reconcile payroll reports. Assist with payroll queries from employees.
  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 or above ideally.
