We are looking for a proactive Import & Export Customer Service Clerk to join a busy logistics team. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service experience within freight forwarding, and confidence handling time‑critical shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing customer service support for import and export shipments
  • Managing time‑critical bookings and ensuring smooth movement of freight
  • Communicating with customers, carriers and internal teams
  • Monitoring shipments and resolving any issues quickly
  • Handling queries, updates, and documentation requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in import/export customer service (freight forwarding essential)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using IT systems
  • Ability to prioritise time‑sensitive tasks
  • Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30pm
