We are looking for a proactive AOG Clerk to join our busy operation. You should be experienced in export operations and comfortable handling time‑critical shipments.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for export shipments from start to finish, ensuring the fast and accurate movement of urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) freight. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where quick thinking and excellent communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle time‑critical export shipments from booking through to delivery
- Liaise with airlines, carriers, and customers to ensure rapid movement of AOG freight
- Prepare all export documentation accurately and on time
- Work closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency
- Provide first‑class customer service in high‑pressure, time‑sensitive situations
Shift Pattern
- 4 on / 4 off
- 06:00 – 18:00
Key Skills
- Previous freight forwarding or AOG experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of export processes
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- A team player with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
