Gateway manager freight

NEW POSITION – We are recruiting for our client based near Heathrow to oversee and lead the Import / Export Gateway team. Duties Manage gateway operations team and customs staff Oversee air, road, and sea shipments and resolve any issues Plan week ahead and staff rotas for out-of-office cover Arrange and implement training where required for staff Liaise with customs and ensure shipments are cleared following regulations Offer quotes and liaise with projects team Oversee ETSF & DEP You should have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining a professional environment.
