Job Opportunity: AOG and Freight Coordinator
We are recruiting for a new and exciting position within a rapidly growing company that offers great benefits. The ideal candidate must have proven AOG and freight experience and be available to work day shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Managing AOG shipments from start to finish
- Handling export shipments
- Processing customs entries
- Quoting customers
- Sending pre-alerts
- Responding to urgent customer queries and requests regarding shipments
- Managing key accounts
- Preparing Air Waybills (AWBs)
Required Skills:
- Previous experience with AOG shipments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience completing customs entries for air exports
- Stable work history
- Proficiency with PC applications
Working Hours:
- 4 days on, 4 days off – Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
