Job Opportunity: AOG and Freight Coordinator

We are recruiting for a new and exciting position within a rapidly growing company that offers great benefits. The ideal candidate must have proven AOG and freight experience and be available to work day shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Managing AOG shipments from start to finish
• Handling export shipments
• Processing customs entries
• Quoting customers
• Sending pre-alerts
• Responding to urgent customer queries and requests regarding shipments
• Managing key accounts
• Preparing Air Waybills (AWBs)

Required Skills:

• Previous experience with AOG shipments
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience completing customs entries for air exports
• Stable work history
• Proficiency with PC applications

Working Hours:

• 4 days on, 4 days off – Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
