NEW VACANCY: Our client is an international logistics provider based in Colnbrook and they are looking for a customer services person to join their team. The role is hands on and very varied.
Responsibilities
- Updating customers on deliveries and collections
- Dealing with lost / missing shipments and resolving them
- Light warehouse work from time to time
- Handling key accounts and main customers
- Bookings with agents
- Liaising with warehouse, transport and warehouse staff
