Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Air Export Operations Executive to manage and consolidate air export shipments efficiently. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operational flow, strong coordination with internal branches, and consistently high levels of customer service.
SHIFT AVAILABLE: 4 ON 4 OFF NIGHTS 7 PM - 7 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare master airway bills and all required export documentation.
- File and manage customs documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure smooth, accurate, and timely processing of air export shipments.
- Receive, monitor, and update shipment statuses within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry in the operating system.
- Track and trace air export shipments and proactively address issues.
- Liaise with local and overseas branches to coordinate international shipments while meeting or exceeding customer service expectations.
- Coordinate with contracted service providers to secure cargo space and related services.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with airlines, trucking companies, and other service partners.
- Ensure full compliance with internal operational procedures (including OPS) and external regulatory, customer, and government requirements.
- Review departmental workflows and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with company standards.
- Handle overseas communications with professionalism and clarity.
