Our client, a leading international logistics and freight specialist, is seeking an Export Operations Clerk to join their busy London team.
Key Responsibilities
- Book flights with airlines and agents
- Complete administration tasks to support the operation team
- Raise Export Customs Entries on CDS (Descartes software)
- Manifest and pre‑alert flights
- Raise T1 documents for road shipments
- Assist in the warehouse for approximately 12 hours per day (6pm‑8pm), no heavy lifting, shipments under 32kg
Desirable Knowledge & Experience
- T1/T2 clearances/discharges
- Import/export of ATACarnet and CITES goods
- Forklift licence (desirable, not essential)
- Dangerous Goods awareness (desirable)
- Driving licence (desirable)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12pm – 9pm
