My client is a well-established, expanding freight forwarder looking for an Accounts Supervisor to join their busy team.
Daily duties will include:
- Processing day to day transactions
- Accounts receivables
- Accounts payables
- Credit Control
- Customer account reconciliations
- Handling queries
- Producing customer statements on a monthly basis
- Supplier accounts reconciliations
- Process supplier payments and refunds
- VAT returns
- Inputting company expenses
Experience needed:
- Managing processes
- Attention to detail
- Strong accounting skills
- Experience using accounting software, ideally SAGE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM, NOT HYBRID
