The Creative Marketing Lead will be responsible for the design and execution of new marketing ideas, across the Urban Playground brands.
Managing campaigns from cradle to grave, this hands-on role will combine creative direction, graphic design and marketing execution.
The Creative Marketing Lead converts business objectives into campaigns, developing new concepts and ensuring consistent and high-quality brand presence across all channels and platforms.
The ideal applicant will be someone who can help shape the direction but also get stuck in and make things happen.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver creative marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Create hands on design work, including advertising campaigns, websites, social media, emails and other marketing materials.
- Lead the development and growth of Urban Playground’s identity, brand and creative direction.
- Translate marketing and commercial objectives into engaging campaigns across Urban
Playground brands.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to understand objectives and deliver effective marketing solutions.
- Manage the production of creative assets across multiple channels and formats.
- Plan and deliver marketing activity, ensuring brand consistency.
- Contribute to marketing strategy and department planning.
- Monitor performance of campaigns to improve future activities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and other support services.

- Significant, proven experience in creative design and marketing delivery.
- Graphic design and visual communication experience.
- Ability to interpret marketing and commercial data, to turn into actions.
- Ability to move between strategic planning and hands on creative production.
- Good understanding of brand strategy and visual identity.
- Experience in leisure, hospitality, attractions, entertainment or another consumer-led multi-site environment is advantageous.
