We’re seeking a highly skilled Content Manager & Corporate Traveller Brand Hub Leader — a dual-function role that blends hands-on content excellence with global content stewardship. In this role, you will shape the development, execution, and optimisation of Corporate Traveller’s content strategy across the UK and South African markets, shaping narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial growth. You will bring strong craft, digital fluency, and strategic thinking to produce content that strengthens brand authority, elevates customer experience, and fuels marketing performance across channels.
At the same time, you will act as the brand hub leader for our Corporate Traveller Content Team across the globe, guiding how the brand shows up across campaigns, messaging, and localisation. You will drive alignment with global frameworks, partner closely with regional marketing teams, and ensure consistency, quality, and strategic coherence across all content delivered globally. Acting as the central connection point between the Corporate Traveller content team, regional marketers, and external partners, you will help steer brand direction and uphold strong creative and content standards across the organisation. This is a pivotal role for Corporate Traveller’s regional growth — combining content leadership with high-performance content delivery across key markets, and driving excellence, quality, and consistency for the wider Corporate Traveller content team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content strategy, planning, and optimization in collaboration with Brand across digital and offline channels (web, social, email, video, paid, and sales enablement).
- Translate complex travel topics into clear, compelling stories that resonate with multiple audiences — from C-suite executives to travel managers and bookers.
- Champion craft and writing quality — curating, refining, and producing content that informs, inspires, and converts.
- Apply strong SEO and AEO writing skills to optimize content for LLM-driven search and visibility.
- Create high-impact digital content across blog, web, social, email, and paid media channels.
- Manage freelance support to scale content creation and manage overflow effectively.
- Use analytics to measure and optimize performance, improving engagement and ROI.
- Support Gen-AI-enabled workflows to enhance efficiency, scale, and consistency.
- Be part of a global content team spanning AMER, EMEA, and APAC, with exposure to all markets and collaboration across FCTG’s corporate brands.
Core Skills & Deliverables
- SEO & AEO digital writing, B2B storytelling, and brand tone adaptation.
- Content planning, campaign integration, and localization awareness.
- Creation of blogs, case studies, web pages, newsletters, and sales materials.
- Digital copywriting for paid media campaigns.
- Scriptwriting for video and social content.
- Analytics-driven optimization and stakeholder collaboration across regions.
- Agency experience or exposure to fast-paced creative environments is an advantage.
- Highly efficient, fast, and confident managing large volumes of content and multi-channel projects.
What You Bring
- 5+ Years’ experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within travel, technology, or professional services.
- Proven expertise in content strategy, digital storytelling, and writing excellence.
- Strong understanding of UK and South African markets and B2B audience behaviour.
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional, high-performance teams.
- Familiarity with Gen-AI tools and modern content workflows, with the opportunity to join and learn in a continually innovating workplace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
