This is a high-performance sales role. If you’re not consistently hitting targets, this won’t be for you. We’re looking for a proven outbound salesperson who thrives in a competitive environment, takes ownership of their pipeline, and is motivated by earning potential.

The Opportunity

You'll be selling full-service marketing retainers starting from £3,000 per month to established UK businesses (50+ employees). This is not transactional selling. You’ll be closing long-term partnerships, with recurring revenue and ongoing commission every month a client stays with us. We form long term partnerships, and are proud that clients stick with us for years (which is great for your recurring commission!).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and targeting ideal-fit businesses
  • Driving outbound activity across LinkedIn, calls and email
  • Starting conversations with senior decision-makers
  • Booking and leading discovery calls
  • Pitching a high-value, consultative service
  • Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
  • Building and owning your pipeline
  • Consistently hitting weekly KPIs and revenue targets

This is a purely outbound role. There are no inbound leads.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hunter style Salesperson
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in outbound sales (recruitment, SaaS, Marketing agency, or similar)
  • Comfortable operating in a high-activity, high-rejection environment
  • Strong objection handling and closing ability
  • Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote setting
  • Competitive mindset with a focus on performance and results
  • A Marketing Sales background is a bonus, not a requirement.
