Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Content Capture
- Capture photo and video content across venues, events and activations.
- Attend launches, influencer events and commercial activity where required.
- Identify opportunities for reactive and trend-led content.
- Content Production
- Produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Create platform-native content designed to maximise engagement.
- Work quickly to turn around content following events and activations.
- Creative Development
- Bring ideas to the table rather than waiting for instruction.
- Spot trends and opportunities before competitors.
- Work closely with Marketing, Commercial and external partners.
- Content Planning
- Support content requirements across multiple brands.
- Maintain a pipeline of content for future campaigns.
- Collaborate with creators and influencers where required.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent video shooting and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative, proactive and confident.
- Comfortable appearing on camera if required.
- Excellent written communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Marketing Qualification or Degree.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture.
- Portfolio demonstrating short-form content creation.
- Hospitality, leisure, entertainment or consumer brand experience preferred.
