We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial events Sponsorship Marketing Manager to drive high-impact campaigns for flagship events in the pharma/health sector. Your Experience
- Proven experience in B2B events marketing, or SaaS marketing, with a strong track record of delivering campaigns to deadline and budget
- Experience in designing and executing high-impact sponsorship marketing campaigns, generating quality sponsorship leads
- Exceptional copywriting skills—you can adapt your voice for different industries and audiences while keeping it customer-centric
- Digital marketing expertise: hands-on with CRM systems (Salesforce / HubSpot), PPC, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy
- Strategic thinking combined with meticulous execution—you’re both big-picture and detail-oriented
- Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—you see challenges as opportunities and aren’t afraid to innovate
- UK-based with excellent written and verbal English
What You’ll Do
- You’ll own the full sponsorship marketing lifecycle—from strategy to execution to conversion:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Build targeted prospect databases, design dynamic ABM campaigns, and create compelling outreach that starts conversations. Then work alongside our client’s sponsorship team to nurture and convert those leads into long-term partners.
- Campaign Management: Develop marketing budgets with clear ROI targets. Create engaging copy and creative assets. Manage SEO, PPC, and social media to drive quality inbound traffic to sponsorship pages.
- Strategic Partnerships: Source and maintain relationships with media partners and stakeholders to unlock new opportunities and maximise value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, content, and design teams—plus external agencies—to deliver integrated campaigns that exceed expectations.
You’ll have autonomy to shape strategy, test new approaches, and contribute to training the wider team. No direct reports yet, but leadership opportunities as we grow.
