This is a hybrid role – 2-3 days per week in Central London. Salary is up to 60k Basic with a 10k Bonus + Superb Benefits.

You must have 5+ years B2B subscriptions or SaaS product marketing experience to be considered.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead subscription marketing across three specialist finance and technology subscription products for our global B2B publishing client. You’ll work closely with the Global Marketing Director to develop and deliver strategies that grow revenue, maximise subscriber engagement, and generate quality leads for the sales team. Leading a team of two UK-based marketers, you’ll drive acquisition, retention, and product adoption using industry-leading tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Piano. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll own campaign execution, website optimisation, subscriber journeys, and performance reporting at board level.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B subscriptions marketing
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Proven experience managing and developing a marketing team
  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical skills using Power BI, Excel, and Google Analytics
  • Commercially minded, highly organised, and great at problem-solving
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels

  • Optimise website content and automated workflows to improve engagement and conversion
