We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Events Marketing Manager to drive the growth of global B2B conferences, connecting leaders in the tech sector and innovators shaping the future of this sector. You’ll own the end-to-end marketing strategy, from delegate acquisition to sponsor partnerships, working at the cutting edge where hyperscalers, startups, and investors are building tomorrow’s ecosystems.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B events marketing (including large B2B conferences)
  • Proven track record of multi-channel campaign delivery
  • CRM and email software skills: Salesforce / Pardot / Marketo ideally
  • Small team leadership experience
  • Strong copywriting skills for technical audiences
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical abilities
  • Confident negotiator with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, resilient, and results-focused
  • Right to work in the UK

What You’ll Do

  • Lead high-impact campaigns across email, social, PPC, SEO, and media partnerships to drive registrations and revenue
  • Own the marketing budget and deliver measurable ROI on every campaign
  • Build and nurture partnerships with speakers, sponsors, and media to amplify reach
  • Manage the digital presence including website content, analytics, and conversion optimisation
  • Create compelling copy that resonates with technical audiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and external partners
