Sell delegate passes for events that connect the biggest names in tech. Our client runs flagship international networking events across the tech sector — over two decades in the game, connecting professionals from 150+ countries, at gatherings ranging from intimate 300-person leadership summits to flagship events pulling in 7,000+ attendees.

They're now looking for a Delegate Sales Executive to join a fast-paced, high-energy events business and drive delegate revenue across a portfolio of world-class conferences. If you love the thrill of the phone, the buzz of hitting target, and the satisfaction of building something from a cold list to a full pipeline, this is built for you.

What you'll do:

  • Sell paid delegate passes to senior professionals across the tech industry.
  • Run high-volume outbound campaigns, qualify decision-makers, and turn conversations into bookings.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline — chasing inbound enquiries, re-engaging lapsed customers, and converting marketing leads.
  • Become a trusted point of contact for attendees, spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities along the way.
  • Feed market intelligence and customer feedback back into the business to shape future events.
  • Work closely with marketing and production teams, sharpening your pitch as event agendas and speaker line-ups evolve.

You’ll thrive here if you’re:

  • Confident on the phone and quick on your feet with objections.
  • A natural closer with a competitive streak and a genuine appetite for hitting (and beating) targets.
  • Organised and disciplined — you won't let a lead go cold.
  • Experienced with a CRM system (Salesforce ideal).
  • Coming from 6–18 months in telesales, delegate sales, event sales, recruitment or media sales.
  • A bonus if you've got exposure to the tech events space — but attitude matters more than sector background.

What’s in it for you:

  • Medical, dental and vision cover.
  • An employer-matched retirement plan.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • Generous holiday allowance.
  • Tuition reimbursement to keep developing your skills.

This is a genuine opportunity to build a career in a growing, global events business — with real earning potential and a clear path to progress as you prove yourself on the phones.

Our client is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applicants of all backgrounds.
