- (hybrid) - 3 days in London office per week (Mon, Tues, Weds)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in B2B publishing, events and information products as a Marketing Manager.
Working with the Head of Marketing, you will help develop and deliver the marketing strategy across a portfolio of B2B subscription news & intelligence products and client marketing solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, with some experience in lead generation strategies, including lead nurturing
- Subscriptions / publishing / information services / Saa S marketing experience
- Experience working closely with sales / business development functions
- Good knowledge of customer data analytics and the ability to convert data into meaningful insight
- Good understanding of SEO principles and strategies
- Strong experience working with Analytics tools (e. g. Google Analytics)
- Strong experience with campaign management systems (e. g. Pardot, Marketo, etc) and CRM (e. g. Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Experience optimizing performance across paid, website and email
- Good knowledge on other acquisition channels and levers (PPC, social – Linked In, retargeting, direct mail, events, list research)
- IT Literate; MS office, advanced Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Main Responsibilities
- Define and continuously improve the end-to-end subscriber journey across ubscription products.
- Develop onboarding programmes that help new subscribers quickly understand and realise the value of their subscriptions.
- Identify opportunities to improve adoption, engagement and customer value.
- Establish best practices and frameworks for customer engagement across the business.
- Analyse customer engagement and behaviour
- Monitor subscriber activation, engagement and usage across products and audiences.
- Analyse engagement data to identify opportunities and areas of underperformance.
- Create audience segmentation strategies based on customer behaviour and product usage.
- Use customer insight to recommend marketing, product and commercial initiatives that improve engagement outcomes.
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programmes
- Design and deliver onboarding, nurture, engagement and re-engagement campaigns.
- Build and optimise automated customer journeys using the CRM and marketing automation platform.
- Develop engagement strategies and targeted communications tailored to different audience segments and content domains that encourage subscribers to discover, access and engage with relevant content.
- Test, measure and optimise campaign performance through ongoing analysis and experimentation.
