- 4+ years' experience in B2B events marketing (including large B2B conferences)
- CRM and email software skills: Salesforce / Pardot / Marketo ideally
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical abilities
- Lead high-impact campaigns across email, social, PPC, SEO, and media partnerships to drive registrations and revenue
- Own the marketing budget and deliver measurable ROI on every campaign
- Build and nurture partnerships with speakers, sponsors, and media to amplify reach
- Manage the digital presence including website content, analytics, and conversion optimisation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and external partners
