Our client is a global events and media business with a portfolio of market-leading B2B conferences. Their flagship events bring together senior decision-makers from across their industry to meet, network and do business.

This is a company where marketing sits at the heart of commercial success. Every campaign you run has a direct, measurable impact on delegate numbers and revenue.

The role

You'll plan and deliver end-to-end campaigns for major international events — owning activity across email, web, social, paid media, partnerships and content. One week you might be building a Marketo campaign and refining the registration journey; the next, coordinating promotion with high-profile speakers and sponsors, or digging into registration data to work out what's converting and why. It's a role with real breadth, ideal for an ambitious marketer who wants to sharpen their skills across the full campaign mix in a fast-paced international business.

About you:

  • 1–3 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally in B2B events or media
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Confident across digital channels — email, social and web
  • Organised, detail-focused and able to juggle multiple projects
  • Commercially minded, with a results-driven approach
  • Comfortable with Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with Marketo (or similar automation platforms) is a plus, not a prerequisite.

You will:

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple global events
  • Deliver delegate acquisition campaigns against attendance and revenue targets
  • Build and schedule email campaigns in Marketo, and manage website updates and registration journeys
  • Support paid social and search, including ad creation and copywriting
  • Write sharp, persuasive copy for emails, websites, ads and promotional assets
  • Grow event communities through media partnerships, associations and social engagement
  • Coordinate promotional activity with speakers, sponsors and ambassadors
  • Track performance, analyse registration trends and report on the metrics that matter

You'll work closely with sales, design, event production and operations teams — this is a highly collaborative, visible role.

Why apply

  • Genuine breadth: digital, content, partnerships, social, events and analytics in one role
  • International scope, working on flagship B2B conferences attended by senior industry leaders
  • Clear progression — the role can be shaped at Executive or Senior Executive level depending on experience
  • A commercial environment where marketing's contribution is visible and valued
