We’re seeking a data-driven B2B eCommerce Manager for a leading, global financial publishing brand in London, to help optimise subscription funnels and boost sales for digital platforms, network memberships, and events. You’ll refine the customer journey from discovery to conversion, ensuring first-time subscribers opt for multi-user licences over individual plans.

Main Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in B2B e-commerce, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), or digital growth for subscription based products or SaaS products.
  • Conversion Optimisation: Expertise in A/B testing, landing pages, and checkout flow.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Heap.io, Hotjar, or similar tools.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Knowledge of organic traffic impact on conversions.
  • UX/UI Collaboration: Ability to work with designers and developers.
  • Project Management: Experience in leading funnel optimisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conversion & Funnel Optimisation: Analyse customer journey from search to subscription purchase. Enhance landing pages, calls-to-action, and pricing to drive team subscriptions. Run A/B tests on messaging, UX/UI, and checkout flow to improve conversions.
  • Website & eCommerce Performance: Streamline the subscription purchase process to minimise friction. Implement upsell strategies for multi-user licences. Collaborate with developers to enhance platform usability.
  • Data & Performance Analytics: Track metrics including conversion rates, bounce rates, and AOV. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap.io, heatmaps) to refine sales funnels. Provide actionable insights through regular performance reports.
  • SEO & Content Alignment: Optimise subscription pages for search-driven intent. Improve conversion rates from high-traffic articles. Work with content and marketing teams for a seamless transition from discovery to purchase.
  • Customer Experience & Retention: Reduce churn and enhance customer lifetime value through optimised onboarding. Ensure a smooth team subscription process, including user management and billing. Gather customer feedback to refine the purchasing journey.
