Weβre seeking a data-driven B2B CRO / eCommerce Manager for a leading, global financial publishing brand in London, to help optimise subscription funnels and boost sales for digital platforms, network memberships, and events. Experience: 5+ years in B2B e-commerce, CRO (conversion rate optimisation), or digital growth for subscription based products or SaaS products. Expertise in A/B testing, landing pages, and checkout flow. Data Analysis: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Heap.SEO & Content Strategy: UX/UI Collaboration: Project Management: Run A/B tests on messaging, UX/UI, and checkout flow to improve conversions. Website & eCommerce Performance Data & Performance Analytics io, heatmaps) to refine sales funnels. Provide actionable insights through regular performance reports. SEO & Content Alignment Work with content and marketing teams for a seamless transition from discovery to purchase. Ensure a smooth team subscription process, including user management and billing.
