Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive – B2B Publishing – London Hybrid role – c2 days per week in the London office Salary is up to £41k Basic + Strong Benefits We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Executive to join our leading B2B Publishing client and contribute to the growth of our diverse portfolio. This role is pivotal in delivering a marketing strategy across four key revenue streams, with a primary focus on email marketing, social media (organic and paid), and internal display advertising. You’ll play an integral role in planning, executing, and driving awareness and lead generation campaigns for multiple brands in the portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the wider marketing team, as well as other stakeholders, to develop and implement impactful marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and revenue potential. Required Experience & Skills: B2B Marketing Experience: Proven experience in B2B marketing. Experience in B2B subscription products in the legal and/or professional services industries is advantageous but not required. Award Ceremonies: Any experience in Award Ceremonies / wider Events Marketing would be beneficial. Lead Generation: Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies across various digital channels. Marketing Automation: Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Sprinklr, and BeFree. Sales Collaboration: Demonstrated success in aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, working closely with Sales teams. Multitasking & Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Design Tools: Proficiency with design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Develop and manage high-impact marketing campaigns, focusing on digital channels like email and social media (both organic and paid). Asset Creation: Oversee the design and production of brand and campaign assets, collaborating with internal and external designers, and utilising tools like Canva to edit templates. Content Marketing: Create and execute content-driven campaigns aimed at enhancing brand awareness and deepening client relationships. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Research, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximise campaign impact. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate marketing initiatives. Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and optimise organic and paid social media activities, focusing on driving click-through rates (CTR), lead generation, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA)/ROI. Email Campaigns: Develop and manage high-quality email campaigns, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and targeted to the right audience. Display Advertising: Oversee internal display advertising across the websites to maximise exposure. Pardot Templates: Design and produce customised email templates using Pardot to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency. Landing Pages: Support the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates. Event Support: Attend and support company events as needed to amplify marketing efforts.
