You'll build and nurture relationships with media partners, associations, influencers, and ambassadors—turning them into powerful channels that drive B2B event attendance and revenue. This role combines relationship building with performance marketing. You'll create compelling partner campaigns, provide the tools and content they need to succeed, and track every metric to prove the impact.
What You'll Need

- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and negotiate with partners
- Excellent communication and copywriting abilities for creating engaging campaign content
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimisation
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social, web) and event technology platforms
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, and affiliate tracking platforms
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
The Person
You're commercially minded, results-oriented, and energised by building relationships that deliver measurable impact. You're a confident communicator who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, curious about new approaches, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You're proactive, creative, and have that essential can-do attitude.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build Powerful Partnerships: Design and implement advocacy campaigns with event speakers, sponsors, and delegates to amplify reach; develop strategic partnerships with trade associations, industry bodies, and media outlets; identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand network and audience reach; provide partners with toolkits, content, and incentives to drive ticket sales effectively.
- Drive Performance & Results: Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance including partner activity, conversion rates, and revenue; recommend optimisations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness; maintain partner databases with accurate contact, performance, and contract records; support creative content development for partner promotions, emails, and social amplification.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with event marketing managers, sponsorship sales, and delegate sales teams; partner with content and digital teams to produce tailored assets for affiliate and media use; ensure partners receive regular updates and fresh campaign materials.
