The Wolseley Hospitality Group's Head Office is located above The Wolseley on Piccadilly. It comprises The Director’s office alongside People, Talent & Culture, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing and Reservations.
Working within the marketing team to support and deliver exceptional marketing and communication plans across our portfolio of restaurants within The Wolseley Hospitality Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, be highly organised and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you will be getting up to:
- Marketing Operations and Campaigns (50%)
- Support the Head of Marketing in the timely development and delivery of marketing plans across our portfolio of restaurants.
- Help the Head of Marketing with the development and printing of marketing collateral - from initial brief to design sign-off.
- Help oversee marketing events.
- Maintain relationships with local BID’s and neighbourhood societies, ensuring they are updated with relevant news and campaigns for sites and attending relevant meetings.
- Stay up to date with relevant industry news to help bring new ideas.
- Content and Storytelling (25%)
- Help manage content shoots to meet the needs of the marketing plan across all channels; help writing briefs for our photographers and freelancers, writing function sheets for sites, and overseeing shoot logistics.
- Support in the scheduling of content across our channels.
- Digital (15%)
- Help with website updates across the portfolio, ensuring they are always up to date with the relevant menus, opening hours, images.
- Manage the CRM calendar for select sites, creating and scheduling newsletters to keep our guests informed with new menu launches, events and campaigns.
- Support the Senior Digital Manager with our digital marketing programme – supplying copy and images.
- Ensure third party platforms are up to date with relevant comms.
- Reporting and Admin (10%)
