Marketing Mums is a small, husband-and-wife-run strategic brand and innovation consultancy working with some of the world’s biggest brand-led businesses, including Unilever, Tesco, Haleon, Mondelez and Danone. We help global brands grow through brand positioning, innovation, sustainability and behaviour change projects. Our work combines strategic thinking, creative problem solving and collaborative workshops with senior client teams. One day you could be supporting the development of a new product idea for a global brand, the next helping facilitate a workshop with stakeholders from across Europe. We are a small but busy team with a supportive culture, where everyone gets involved and no two days are the same.
The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised and naturally curious graduate or early-career candidate (up to three years’ experience) to join our growing consultancy. Working closely with the founders and consultants, you’ll help deliver strategic marketing and innovation projects for brands including Cadbury, Dove, Rexona, Hellmann’s, Volvic and Tesco. As part of a small, fast-paced consultancy, you’ll gain broad early exposure across project coordination, workshops, client interaction, research and strategic project delivery. We are particularly interested in candidates who are already exploring AI tools and emerging technologies to improve research, creativity, productivity or ways of working. This role will be based out of the Esher office 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project coordination and workflow management across the business
- Organise client meetings, stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Help manage project timings, priorities and delivery deadlines
- Set up and maintain project tools including Trello, Miro and SharePoint
- Support creation and proofreading of presentations and project materials
- Conduct desk research and help source case studies and inspiration
- Attend client meetings, capture actions and support workshop delivery
- Coordinate workshop logistics, materials and collaboration tools
- Support day-to-day running of a small but busy consultancy office
- Help explore AI tools and smarter ways of working across projects and operations
About You
- Degree educated (or equivalent experience)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent written English
- Digitally savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Proactive, positive and naturally curious
- Interested in marketing, branding and innovation
- Energised by AI and emerging technologies, with demonstrable interest in AI tools or applications
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Personable, professional and confident working with clients
We are open to strong graduates as well as candidates with up to three years’ experience.
