Are you a strategic and creative social media marketer with a knack for building brand presence, generating leads, and creating a genuine sense of community? We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to take the lead on social strategy for a fast-growing PR and media intelligence platform. You’ll bring campaigns to life across organic and paid channels – helping the brand stand out, engage new audiences, and support commercial growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define and deliver the social media strategy to promote both product and brand initiatives
  • Plan and schedule monthly content that aligns with wider marketing and sales activity
  • Build social-first campaigns to drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the funnel
  • Collaborate with content, events and design teams to create standout assets
  • Run paid social campaigns and optimise based on performance insights
  • Set clear KPIs across brand awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Develop a strong community presence through social engagement and storytelling
  • Support hero campaigns and flagship moments like the annual Media Awards
  • Capture multimedia content at live events for use across social and digital platforms
  • Test and refine messaging through A/B testing and content experimentation

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years’ experience in social media marketing, with a focus on B2B and/or SaaS
  • Track record of building brand presence and driving demand through digital channels
  • Skilled in social scheduling tools, HubSpot or similar CRM, CMS platforms, and Canva
  • Strong copywriting ability with an eye for what performs on each platform
  • Experience running paid campaigns and using data to optimise content performance
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • A confident communicator, both internally and with external audiences
  • Proactive, curious, and energised by a fast-moving environment
