Marketing Moves have partnered with a cutting edge technology company in the search for a results-driven Lead Generation & Partner Marketing Manager.
As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll spearhead targeted lead generation initiatives, ABM and partner marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute integrated lead generation and ABM strategies tailored to key enterprise accounts and partner channels.
- Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, content, social, co-marketing) to generate and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market programs, aligning on value propositions, messaging, and demand gen tactics.
- Optimise lead management through segmentation, scoring models, and streamlined workflows in partnership with Marketing Operations.
- Track performance and ROI, delivering actionable insights from campaign and partner metrics to refine strategies and maximize pipeline growth.
Background:
- Proven experience in ABM and partner marketing, especially within tech and AI.
- Strong understanding of account segmentation, lead nurturing, and data-driven demand generation strategies.
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – you\’re just as comfortable building relationships with internal stakeholders as you are with external partners.
