Responsibilities:
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, print, events, and webinars.
- Build, design and manage campaign assets using tools like HubSpot, BeeFree, Unbounce and WordPress (Elementor).
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, working with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage campaign performance reporting, including ROI tracking and optimisation recommendations.
- Support content production such as blogs, videos, brochures, and collaborate with agencies and third parties for design and media buying.
Background:
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B tech marketing with exposure to lead generation and campaign execution.
- Confident using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Skilled in content creation, email building, and basic HTML or CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- Bonus if experienced in paid media (LinkedIn/Google Ads), design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma), and event coordination.
