We’re working with an innovative B2B tech company that’s reshaping how their industry connects with customers. They’re looking for a proactive, all-round Marketing Executive to help drive lead generation, build brand awareness, and create meaningful customer engagement across channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketer with 2–3 years experience to take full ownership of end-to-end campaigns and grow across a broad range of marketing disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and print.
  • Build and manage landing pages, lead magnets, and nurturing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Own and evolve the social media strategy (primarily LinkedIn) and manage content updates via the CRM and CMS.
  • Support digital channels including SEO, SEM, and email marketing, using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales to align marketing with revenue goals, including sourcing sales data and supporting event activities.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign and messaging decisions.
  • Coordinate third-party agencies to deliver digital and creative output efficiently and on brand.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and a strong tone of voice across all marketing content.

Background

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a Marketing Assistant, Executive, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and their application.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Desirable

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • CIM/IDM qualification.
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
  • Experience with Wordpress, Salesforce, Google Analytics and HubSpot.
