This is a contractor position. Candidates will need to operate via a limited company or sole trader setup and invoice directly for their services.
About the Role
You’ll support the regional marketing team across campaign execution, events, reporting and day‑to‑day marketing operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across the full marketing mix.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional marketing campaigns and events, including scheduling, logistics, booth setup, AV ordering and post‑event reporting
- Manage swag requests, including ordering, fulfilment and shipping
- Support campaign outreach activity (email invites, reminders and follow‑ups)
- Upload attendee lists and content syndication data into the CRM, including basic data clean‑up
- Use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to support content creation, research and ideation
- Create landing pages using internal tools and draft creative briefs for paid media
- Add events and activities to the project management tool
- Support internal communications via Slack and email
- Assist with contract and vendor management through the procurement tool
- Write and support social media posts for campaigns
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in a marketing role (placements or entry‑level experience welcome!)
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Hands‑on experience using generative AI for content, research and marketing tasks
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email platforms and marketing tools
