Mind Friend is seeking a creative and digitally driven Social Media Manager to help grow and strengthen the brand’s online presence across multiple social media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a social media professional who enjoys creating engaging content, building online communities, and developing impactful digital strategies within a flexible remote working environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the voice of Mind Friend online while supporting audience growth, engagement, and overall brand visibility.

Working closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams, you will oversee content planning, community management, campaign performance analysis, and platform optimisation to ensure social media activity aligns with wider business objectives. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive mindset, strong creative instincts, and a passion for social-first storytelling and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Create and curate engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
  • Monitor social media channels and manage community engagement and customer interaction
  • Analyse campaign performance and produce reports to support optimisation and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience within social media management or digital marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and audience engagement strategies
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and campaign reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content creation abilities
  • Ability to work independently within a fully remote team environment
  • Organised and proactive approach with strong time management skills
