Lacoste is seeking an enthusiastic and commercially focused Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership and day-to-day operations of its Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet store. As a globally recognised brand positioned at the intersection of fashion and sport, Lacoste is known for its timeless style, premium customer experience, and strong brand heritage. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales performance, delivering operational excellence, and creating an engaging and customer-focused retail environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the retail team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Lacoste
- Support store performance through KPI management and commercial awareness
- Assist with the smooth day-to-day operational running of the store
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Support performance management and HR-related processes where required
