TPP Retail Group is looking for a Campaign Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and deliver marketing campaigns that drive demand and generate opportunities. As part of our marketing team and with support from the wider team, you’ll deliver campaigns that engage audiences across digital and offline channels. Your focus will be on nurturing prospects, introducing them to TPP Retail, and ensuring our brand stays top of mind. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth
- Create compelling content and marketing assets for digital and offline channels
- Ensure clear, consistent messaging aligned with brand guidelines and proposition
- Manage email marketing activity, including automated workflow creation
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns and identify new opportunities
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, optimising for impact
- Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with prospecting efforts
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to deliver timely and effective campaigns

- Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign automation
- Understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and lead generation strategies
