About the Role: As a Research Manager in our Healthcare Syndicated team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering groundbreaking insights in the cardio-renal metabolic field. Collaborate with global teams across the UK, US, and Malaysia to provide end-to-end research solutions. Engage with clients, transform their key business questions into impactful projects, and contribute significantly to our business growth. About You:

• Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative ad-hoc research combined with a willingness to upskill on new approaches.
• Strong interest in working in Cardio-renal metabolics, across a range of clients and indications.
• Enjoying the challenge of digging into the data to find the answers to clients' key business questions.
• Ability to develop, maintain and grow client relationships through delivery of excellent reports/presentations.
• Proven ability to manage standard quantitative and/or qualitative projects end-to-end, including questionnaire/study design, project processes, sampling, and analysis.
• Ability to lead complex multi-country/multi-wave studies with multiple subscribers.
• Experience of managing, developing and motivating team members.
• Solid research skills including questionnaire & study design, project processes, sampling and basic analytical techniques.
• Commercial outlook, understand client business and model our Client First behaviours.
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work across multiple projects or tasks.
• Financial awareness: experience of proactively managing finances on projects and/or have had a core role in ensuring projects’ profitability.
• You are proficient in using data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance day-to-day research tasks.

About the Team: The Healthcare Service Line works with Pharmaceutical, bio-tech, medical device manufacturers and technology companies throughout the project lifecycle from early stage strategy, to launch of a new product, to product optimization. In addition to custom research, the healthcare Service Line also works on therapeutic centers of expertise in Oncology, Autoimmune, Virology and more.
