As a Director in our Healthcare Syndicated team specializing in Cardio‑Metabolics, you will lead and inspire a global team, acting as a key driver in our clients’ success through impactful and insightful market research. Your role will involve developing business strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality research services. You will be pivotal in fostering an inclusive culture, collaborating across teams in the UK, US, and KL offices, while spearheading business development and thought leadership initiatives within the healthcare sector. Your expertise will guide clients in making informed decisions, shaping their brands, and driving their business growth.
The Research Director will be pivotal in developing and achieving our business growth plan with a special focus on Cardio‑Metabolics, leading by example to develop expertise and build capability within the team. They will operate as part of a global Cardio‑Metabolic team spanning the UK, US, and KL offices, and will play a key role in fostering an inclusive, connected culture across regions and time zones.
- Extensive experience in Pharma market research. Cardio Metabolic experience would be a plus.
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Thorough knowledge and experience of the principles of quantitative and/or qualitative ad‑hoc research techniques.
- Proven track record of team management.
- Deep understanding of research methodologies and analytical techniques.
- Expert in developing, maintaining and growing client relationships through consultation, partnership and insight.
- A strong track record of successfully leading studies across the product lifecycle; several years focussed on pharmaceutical brands essential.
- Experience with more innovative methods, for example, social intelligence analytics.
- Proficiency in AI use and adoption to enhance day‑to‑day tasks.
- Familiarity with digital data collection methods and online analytics tools.
- Experience in global or cross‑regional market research projects.
- Enjoying the challenge of breaking down complex topics and briefs, turning it into engaging studies with impactful results.
- Interest in working across a range of clients and diseases.
