Role overview You will be joining our diverse team of dedicated and passionate quantitative researchers focused on innovation testing, pack & product testing, product optimisation and forecasting throughout the new product development process. Leading one of our largest and highest profile accounts you will be instrumental in building partnerships, supporting our expert team and delivering strategic business insights. Areas of Responsibility Client-Centric Leadership: Develop and enhance relationships with a global manufacturer known for its diverse brand and product portfolio, including devices and consumables. Lead the account becoming a trusted partner who understands and anticipates our clients’ needs, delighting them with strategic insights, technical excellence, and impactful delivery. Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product Development, Sales, Insights, and beyond gaining a profound understanding of their business dynamics. Commercial Impact: Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic business development, innovative solutions and enhanced efficiency. Partner with the global and local client leadership team alongside other Ipsos specialist teams to holistically bring the very best of Ipsos to the client’s organisation. Spearhead our industry-leading methodologies to ensure commercial success. Inspirational Management: Lead and motivate a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Act as a positive role model, guiding colleagues and ensuring they are equipped to deliver to the highest standards with courage and decisiveness. Proactively pursue professional growth, setting and achieving ambitious goals. Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a sector expert, leading initiatives that elevate Ipsos’ external profile.
