Job Overview The Propositions Executive plays a key supporting role in the development of compelling, insight‑led marketing propositions for our clients.

You will help translate client briefs into clear, engaging and commercially viable ideas, working closely with internal teams to bring propositions to life.

You’ll develop your strategic thinking, creativity and commercial understanding, while contributing to high‑quality outputs that reflect MLP’s expertise, personality and standards.

You’ll support across multiple stages of the proposition process – from research and idea generation through to deck creation and delivery – gaining exposure to both client work and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Proposition Development Support Support the development of tailored marketing propositions that align with client needs and objectives.

Assist in translating client briefs into clear ideas and structured outputs.

Conduct research into market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to inform proposition thinking.

Help build engaging presentation decks and supporting materials to bring propositions to life.

Support the creation of financial models and costing under guidance from senior team members.
