The Client Services Executive will support in the end-to-end delivery of client campaigns, including MLP internal processes, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality outcomes, supporting all KPIs.

This role acts as a key support function, maintaining internal MLP systems, supporting client interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in compliance with standards.

  • Campaign Delivery Support
  • Maintain and update documentation, attend calls, and ensure internal systems are current and up to date to support campaign delivery.
  • Deliver assigned campaign actions accurately and on time, collaborating with the Client Services Manager/Director, client, and internal teams.
  • Review MI and campaign performance data, providing insights to inform client reporting.
  • Monitor for potential delivery risks or blockers, escalating issues such as stock constraints, customer queries, or technical dependencies.
  • Contribute to the review of campaign journeys and MLP processes, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Apply and adhere to MLP best practices during the end to end delivery process, including scope, build and production.
  • Build and maintain working knowledge of campaign technical infrastructure, including subdomains, URLs, tracking requirements, and compliance dependencies.
  • Client & Stakeholder Support
  • Support the development of internal and external relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact while understanding client objectives and priorities.
  • Listen for potential growth opportunities within client interactions, sharing insights with senior team members and Business Development as appropriate.
  • Attend internal and external calls as part of a team or independently – ensuring all actions are reported and recorded correctly.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with clients to ensure clear communication both verbally and written.
  • Contribute to teams across MLP using a collaborative approach, whilst supporting colleagues and aligning work to client and delivery objectives – to help build internal relationships.
  • Process, Quality & Efficiency Improvement
  • Support continuous improvement of internal and client delivery processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in maintaining quality standards across workflows and client-facing outputs, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Identify and elevate potential risks or delivery issues promptly to protect timelines and performance outcomes.
  • Maintain clear and organised documentation across MLP systems and client processes for transparency and ease of handover.
  • Follow established processes, best practices, governance, and compliance procedures to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement to create efficiencies, e. g., for clients and internal MLP teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support coordinated delivery and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Knowledge of data reporting, MI analysis, and performance optimisation.
  • Process, quality and efficiency improvement experience.
  • Basic understanding of campaign technical infrastructure, including campaign tracking and compliance requirements.
