We are seeking a great Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative efforts. The ideal candidate excels at translating complex project requirements into scroll-stopping visuals for marketing campaigns and LinkedIn content, with a leader’s mindset that drives impactful results and fosters team growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deeply understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visuals for marketing materials, LinkedIn posts, and digital assets that capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Share inspirations, ideas, and mood boards to communicate a clear design vision that perfectly aligns with client needs and brand goals.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with project managers to deliver exceptional results, applying meticulous attention to detail while prioritising continuous skill growth over uninspired, unimpactful work.
  • Create scroll-stopping designs that stand out in crowded feeds, leveraging strong comprehension skills to interpret briefs and innovate within constraints.
  • Lead by example with a proactive mindset, mentoring juniors, staying ahead of design trends, and contributing to a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing scroll-stopping marketing visuals, LinkedIn content, and brand-aligned campaigns.
  • Advanced expertise in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and similar tools).
  • Exceptional creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for detail, paired with superior comprehension skills to grasp nuanced requirements.
  • Leadership mindset with strong communication and coordination abilities to collaborate with teams and clients effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle priorities, work independently or lead projects, and adapt dynamically.
