- Provide actionable insight to event marketers and senior stakeholders.
- Support development of robust audience targeting strategies in collaboration with event teams.
- SEO/GEO Ownership
- Own execution of the company’s SEO/GEO strategy, including on-page, technical, content and offsite.
- Conduct SEO audits using SEMRush and Google Search Console, track rankings, and take proactive action on performance dips.
- Implement SEO best practice across all new and existing pages.
- Optimise landing pages to improve performance and page experience.
- PPC/Paid Search
- Oversee campaign setup, optimisation, testing and performance tracking across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
- Maintain and improve ROAS, conversion quality and spend efficiency.

- Test new formats and strategies: PMax, AI bidding, Demand Gen, Always-On, etc.
- Keep updated on new ad platform features and industry trends.
- Conduct quarterly UX and design audits across event websites.
- Roll out new page types and optimised layouts across multiple websites.
- Troubleshoot Elementor, ACF and component issues for marketers.
- Collaborate with external developers on bugs and new functionality.
- Creative Development
- Produce digital ad creatives (copy + visuals) and promotional video content (e.g. using Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Repurpose case studies, photography and existing assets into new formats.
- Test new creative styles, layouts, hooks and formats to improve campaign performance.
- Brief designers and collaborate on high-quality, on-brand assets.
- Digital Transformation & Project Management
- Work directly with the Marketing Director on key transformation initiatives.
- Ensure digital projects are delivered on time and to plan.
- Identify inefficiencies and drive adoption of new tools, processes and technologies.
- Help explore and embed AI tools that increase productivity, automate processes, or improve content quality.
- Mentorship, Training & Process Governance

- Champion consistency in processes: campaign briefs, QA, timelines, reporting, workflows and best practice.
- Help uplift the digital marketing team’s capability through knowledge sharing and training.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance, website behaviour and user journeys.
- Use GA4, SEMRush, Pardot, WordPress, ad platform analytics and social insights to provide clear recommendations.
- Present performance insights to event teams and leadership.
