We’re a global B2B marketing solutions and events company. We were established over 30 years ago, but we’re not standing still. We are proud producers of cutting‑edge events and content within Insurance, Banking, Utilities, Energy, Technology, Transport and Logistics. We are dedicated to creating memorable experiences, building industry communities, and helping businesses reach the right audiences through a range of engaging multichannel formats: live and virtual conferences, executive briefings, industry roundtables, surveys, reports, webinars, videos, podcasts, infographics, content marketing and more.
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager to drive measurable growth across our digital marketing channels and ensure best‑in‑class website performance, SEO execution, PPC efficiency, UX quality and creative output. Working closely with the Marketing Director and event teams, the role combines hands‑on execution with strategic oversight, process leadership and project management across the organisation’s portfolio of global conferences and lead generation services. This role plays a pivotal part in digital transformation, audience targeting, process consistency, performance reporting and continual testing and improvement across channels. The position also includes mentoring junior team members and championing best practice across the digital marketing function. This is a full‑time position reporting into the Marketing Director.

- Optimise performance across PPC campaigns, SEO, websites, social channels, and landing pages.
- Analyse channel performance using GA4, SEMRush, LinkedIn, Pardot, ad platforms, social tools and benchmarking docs.
- Provide actionable insight to event marketers and senior stakeholders.
- Support development of robust audience targeting strategies in collaboration with event teams.
- SEO/GEO Ownership
- Own execution of the company’s SEO/GEO strategy, including on‑page, technical, content and offsite.
- Conduct SEO audits using SEMRush and Google Search Console, track rankings, and take proactive action on performance dips.
- Implement SEO best practice across all new and existing pages.
- Optimise landing pages to improve performance and page experience.
- PPC/Paid Search
- Oversee campaign setup, optimisation, testing and performance tracking across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
- Maintain and improve ROAS, conversion quality and spend efficiency.
- Lead deep‑dive investigations into underperforming campaigns.
- Test new formats and strategies: PMax, AI bidding, Demand Gen, Always‑On, etc.
- Keep updated on new ad platform features and industry trends.
- Conduct quarterly UX and design audits across event websites.
- Roll out new page types and optimised layouts across multiple websites.
- Troubleshoot Elementor, ACF and component issues for marketers.
- Collaborate with external developers on bugs and new functionality.
- Creative Development
- Produce digital ad creatives (copy + visuals) and promotional video content (e.g. using Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Repurpose case studies, photography and existing assets into new formats.
- Test new creative styles, layouts, hooks and formats to improve campaign performance.
- Brief designers and collaborate on high‑quality, on‑brand assets.
- Digital Transformation & Project Management
- Work directly with the Marketing Director on key transformation initiatives.
- Ensure digital projects are delivered on time and to plan.
- Identify inefficiencies and drive adoption of new tools, processes and technologies.
- Help explore and embed AI tools that increase productivity, automate processes, or improve content quality.
- Mentorship, Training & Process Governance
- Train and mentor the Digital Marketing Assistant/Exec on campaign setup and optimisation tasks.
- Champion consistency in processes: campaign briefs, QA, timelines, reporting, workflows and best practice.
- Help uplift the digital marketing team’s capability through knowledge sharing and training.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Produce regular reports on campaign performance, website behaviour and user journeys.
- Use GA4, SEMRush, Pardot, WordPress, ad platform analytics and social insights to provide clear recommendations.
- Present performance insights to event teams and leadership.

- Strong communication skills and ability to train, mentor and guide junior marketers.
- Some knowledge of HTML/CSS or curiosity about front‑end development.
- Experience in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continual improvement.
- Strong attention to detail, with good organisational and time‑management skills.
