We are looking for a talented Campaign Marketing Executive to plan and execute creative, multichannel event marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness, audience engagement, web traffic, qualified leads, attendance and revenue.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the art and science of marketing and will bring to the role a drive for innovation and building effective campaign strategies. This is a full‑time position reporting into the Head of Campaign Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Implement successful marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition
  • Craft clear product marketing copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, emails, website material, social media, etc.)
  • Monitor web traffic metrics
  • Identify target audience and grow our email list / database for lead generation
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimise unsubscribes
  • Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Report on sales revenue generated from marketing efforts
  • Maintain and develop relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
  • Collaborate with other teams, like Digital Marketing, Sales, Operations and Production to optimise campaign success and ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with social media followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Other marketing tasks as needed

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in marketing is preferred but not essential
  • Good understanding of marketing techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal‑oriented attitude
  • Ability to multi‑task and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Well‑organised with a customer‑oriented approach
  • Hands‑on experience WordPress preferred
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics is a plus
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools is a plus
