Location – London
MarketCast is a leading global marketing research provider with a team of over 600 researchers, technologists, and data scientists. We help clients find the right audiences, craft resonant ad creative, and build long-term brand loyalty. This role is part of the Campaign Analytics Team in London and focuses on delivering consumer insights to film studios, streamers, and other entertainment clients.
Key Responsibilities
- The position will be primarily focused on supporting MarketCast’s active entertainment client accounts, centered on setup, management, and delivery of creative materials testing (trailers, TV spots, posters, digital).
- Work closely with the client research team to assist with project setup and end-to-end management.
- Ensure client requirements and objectives are met.
- Develop key research materials and handle proofing, programming, and data delivery.
- Oversee quantitative and qualitative fieldwork.
- Collate industry and internal data and support report outputs (Word and PPT).
- Support the creation and delivery of client-ready insights.

- Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Can juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- Has excellent writing and solid PPT and visual presentation skills.
- Is adaptable and able to reassess priorities on the fly.
- Has established academic qualifications.
It’ll Be Helpful If You Have
- 2-3 years’ experience in consumer insights/research or marketing strategy, or in a media & entertainment-focused company.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Marketing, Business, Media & Communications, Film Studies, Foreign languages, or related fields.
- Experience with international trends and how culture impacts entertainment preferences.
- Strong visual presentation/design skills (PPT, Keynote, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with research platforms.
- Qualitative experience, including managing or supporting focus groups.
- A professional background related to entertainment.
