About Us
The Role
The Product Management function defines strategic vision and manages delivery, working closely with sales and clients to keep our products fit for purpose. As Senior Product Associate you work with the Product Manager to prioritize features, approve user stories, and ensure open communication across stakeholders. You will help shape and enhance the fixedâincome trading platform, support client adoption, and deliver highâquality, dataâdriven solutions.
How You Will Help Take Us There
- Become a subject matter expert in fixedâincome trading and Agile practices.
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog to align with strategic goals.
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements for crossâfunctional teams.
- Partner with Product Managers to deliver cohesive, highâquality product releases.
- Contribute to the Product Management community by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Present product updates through demos and walkthroughs.
- Analyze user and market data to uncover insights and produce impactful sales materials.
- Support tracking of KPIs to measure product performance and ROI.
- Work with the research team to explore appropriate AI use cases within the product.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years in product, project, or business analysis roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM/quantitative field.
- Experience in financial services, especially fixed income.
- Knowledge of OMS/EMS workflows and API integrations.
- Understanding of FIX protocols and working SQL knowledge.
- Strong Agile delivery experience.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, Slack.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problemâsolving skills.
- Passion for trading technology and continuous improvement.
- Experience implementing AI within products.
