Wire Operator

Market 36 Recruitment are currently for a Wire Operative on behalf of our client based in Bishops Stortford on a permanent basis. Main purpose of the role is to manufacture of wiring looms, harnesses and sub assembly items required to support the assembly and supply of capital equipment. Roles & Responsibilities Manufacture of complete wiring looms Small wiring cable forms Population and wiring of electrical and control cabinets Circuit wiring for tank transducers Ensure all operations are complete and done correctly. Any other duties as required. Experience, education & qualifications 2 years’ experience with wiring installations Attention to detail. Electrical Cabinet and wiring loom experience Have the ability to communicate on all levels. Previous soldering or crimping experience. Ability to lift up to 20kg required. Confident using Word and Excel to a component level. Salary: £30,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:00 Benefits : Annual Bonus, Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme, 25 days holiday, Free PPE, Free eye test plus contribution towards glasses.
