Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Braintree, Great Notley on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing daily deliveries of goods. All candidates will receive full on the job training, so no experience is necessary, just a willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading goods for dispatch
- Ensuring any loads are safe and secure
- Tidying and stacking empty pallets
- Stacking and wrapping pallets
- Storing goods in the warehouse using manual processes
- Accepting incoming goods and comparing them against paperwork
- Ensuring all areas of work are clean and tidy
- Loading and unloading goods from deliveries
- Using the in-house computer system to log deliveries & stock movement
Knowledge and Skills:
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Must have a good attitude towards work
- Must be reliable
- Literate and numerate
- Good attention to detail
Working hours are Monday- Friday 8am - 4pm. In return our client is offering £12.21 per hour.
